SHORT TERM ENGAGEMENTS
An effective Definition Stage is a competitive advantage for Owners and their delivery partners.
Here is how Duplex Loop's lead strategist, Josh Cushner, leads teams through a robust Definition Stage and increase predictability of better outcomes.
PMs are trained to start projects before they are sufficiently defined, which leads to unreliable decision-making, resource waste, and delivery delays. Worse, there is no standardized way to measure whether a project is "defined well enough to deliver." We start Project Definition with prioritization of unique challenges created by customer's needs and required outcomes (i.e., Project Readiness Roadmap).
Design takes too long, and conventional staged delivery takes even longer. Duplex Loop enables fast effective collaboration using "product owner" led teams to work off the Project Readiness Roadmap to prototype, test, and align on the right answers for the right problems at the right time.
Critically, this requires consideration of the readiness and capabilities of end-to-end partners in upfront thinking.
Working through the readiness roadmap provides a rapid method of new asset development that gives visibility up and downstream until the point of investment decision is made and projects are "Go"
