As a design leader for 25 years, Josh helped high profile clients build world-class venues with innovations and strategies that separated his work from convention. Even so, he was dismayed to witness that the stifling inefficiency and often toxic work environments at the top were no different than the rest of the industry.
Determined to improve how projects come to life, Josh formalized his knowledge of how great product teams delivered from beginning to end, leading to his close collaboration with Scrum Inc.
